How to subscribe to the Meeting calendar
One great feature of this website is everyone can subscribe to the calendar. No more excuses for not knowing about the upcoming potluck or interesting talk.
Subscribing to a public web calendar means you can have the events show up in your own internet connected calendar or device. For example, if you have an iPhone, you can add the meeting calendar to your iPhone calendar. After adding the calendar, whenever a new event is added to the meeting calendar, you will automatically see it on your iPhone calendar. You can also do this with an Android device or Google Calendar.
How to subscribe with an iPhone
- Go to Settings / Mail Contacts, Calendars / Add Account
- Select Other
- Select Add Subscribed Account
- For server type the following: westtown.monthlymeeting.net/events/calendar/ics_view
- Click next then give it a Description such as WMM
- Make sure Use SSL is turned off.
- Click next and save.
To test the new calendar, go to your iPhone home screen and click on the Calendar app, then scroll to a date such as the next Sunday and you should see "Meeting for Worship..."

How to subscribe in Google Calendar
It is assumed you already have a Google account.
- Go to Calendar and login with your google account if necessary.
- Click on the down arrow beside the "Other Calendars" in the left of the page.
- Click Add by URL
- Type http://westtown.monthlymeeting.net/events/calendar/ics_view
- Then click the Add Calendar button
Congratulations you can now see WMM events on your google calendar and android device.
