Subject: No "Preventive" War with North Korea
The idea of war with North Korea is terrifying. But I heard about H.R. 4837, legislation that would stop President Trump (or any president) from starting a "preventive" war with North Korea. It would make it harder for the U.S. to stumble into war. Will you send a letter to your representative? Here's the link:
