Called Meeting and Schedule of Activities for November 12

Dear Friends,

Here is the schedule for Sunday, November 12.  Please plan to support all of these events:

9:45 a.m.     There will be a brief but important called meeting to conduct some Meeting business.

                   We will meet in the upper level of the Meeting House.

10:10 a.m.   Bruce Harrison will share his spiritual journey with us.

10:30 a.m.   Meeting for Worship

11:30 a.m.   Shared lunch. Worship & Ministry will provide soup and sandwiches.  Bring sides or

                    desserts to share. 

12:00noon-

  1:00 p.m.   Program

The Worship and ministry committee will be leading a reflection and discussion on the work of our Meetings three primary committees (Worship and Ministry, Pastoral Care and Concerns, and Peace and Social Justice). We will be using the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting's newly revised book Faith and Practice to help guide us in thinking about the purpose and work of these 3 committees and how the needs of our Meeting community are being met. Please join us in this open-ended reflection, conversation, and fellowship.
